Job summary

CDK Global is seeking a Customer Success Manager for field-based work near major airports in Georgia. The role focuses on maximizing product adoption, client value, and reducing churn while identifying new revenue opportunities with sales support.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with dealerships, demonstrate CDK solutions, and manage risk and training needs across client organizations while traveling up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of client services, marketing or sales experience.
• B2B or outside sales or account management experience.
• Ability to influence across dealership levels.
• Knowledge of CDK applications and automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Follow all CDK Global policies and procedures.
• Meet or exceed all performance expectations.
• Identify and nurture additional revenue opportunities with sales.
• Prepare client specific reports and presentations for educating and driving growth.
• Travel 75% of the time.
