Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager who will handle customer storage needs, offer packing supplies, and conduct daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent. The role requires strong cash handling, payments follow-ups, and working across multiple locations with occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has experience in customer service oriented sales environments and is comfortable working outdoors at times while maintaining curb appeal and building security.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail or hospitality.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
• Wamiliarity with basic banking tasks a plus (cash drawers, deposits).

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and offer packing/moving supplies.
• Inspect storage spaces daily to ensure inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and perform reminder/collection calls as needed.
• Work at multiple locations and travel as required with own vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
