Job summary

Reit Tv is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations in Florida. You will operate independently, assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, and perform daily unit inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Responsibilities include cash handling, auditing drawers, deposits, and following up on payments with reminder calls. A valid driver's license and vehicular travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest options, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
• Ability to transport items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Walk in/around facilities, up to 50% outdoors, including stairs and opening large doors.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks: sweeping/mopping interiors and maintaining exterior grounds.
