Job summary

Reit Tv is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and ensure units are ready for rent through daily inspections.

You will also handle cash drawers, deposits, and payment reminders or collections as needed, while traveling between sites using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement available). Experience in customer-service oriented sales is valued.

Qualifications

• Successful candidates come from a variety of customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
