Job summary

Reit Tv is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess storage needs, suggest packing supplies, and conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory and readiness for rental.

You will also handle cash drawers, deposits, and assist customers with payments, including reminder and collection calls when needed. A valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle for travel between sites are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations including outdoor environments and facilities.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies for sale.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers in staying current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
