Qualifications

• Must have healthcare, field sales, or related experience with math, mechanics, science or computing.
• Bachelor’s in nursing, life sciences, or biomedical engineering with cardiology exposure is preferred.
• Vendor credentialing and multitasking in fast-paced settings are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, including system checks and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate operational support: patient documentation, inventory, and scheduling.
• Educate physicians, hospital staff and field teams on CRM products and solutions.
