Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Cardiac Rhythm Management Clinical Specialist to support CRM devices and therapies in the Baltimore territory. You will provide technical, educational, and operational support to meet sales and customer service objectives, with extensive travel within the territory and after-hours coverage as needed.

The role requires experience with cardiac devices, Cath lab/EP Lab exposure, and strong collaboration with sales teams.

Qualifications

High School Diploma plus minimum 8 years of healthcare, field sales, or related technical experience.
Associate’s Degree plus minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree plus 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related technical areas.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for CRM devices and therapies, perform system checks and troubleshooting.
Coordinate operational support, manage patient documentation and inventory, and assist with coverage logistics.
Educate clinicians, hospital staff, and field teams on CRM products and solutions.
Collaborate with sales leadership to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
Travel within the assigned territory to support clinics and meetings (approx. 80%).
Perform physical duties including lifting up to 40 lbs and long periods of standing.
