Job summary

Inland Regional Center seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The role requires travel to Riverside Adult South area, with mileage reimbursement for business travel.

Under supervision of the Program Manager, the CSC develops IPPs, conducts reports, attends meetings, and ensures Medicaid Waiver standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities, social work, special education, or related fields.
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, public health nursing, teaching, or related field.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have and maintain a valid California driver’s license and ability to provide for independent transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management services for consumers.
• Utilize person-centered planning to create and execute IPPs and reviews.
• Attend IEP/ITP/IHC meetings and prepare paperwork.
• Provide advocacy for consumers and families.
• Arrange travel to consumer sites; mileage reimbursed.
