Job summary

Inland Regional Center in California seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. The role involves field travel across Riverside West areas such as Corona, Eastvale, Mira Loma, Moreno Valley, Norco and Perris, with mileage reimbursement provided monthly.

Under supervision, the CSC will manage IPP cycles, prepare progress reports, attend IEP/ITP/IHC meetings, and advocate for consumers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with one year of experience in related field, or Master’s degree in a related field.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate case management services for consumers.
• Use person-centered planning to create and execute IPP and generate progress reports.
• Attend meetings (IEP, ITP, IHC) and prepare paperwork.
• Coordinate assessments across medical, psychological, developmental, educational, vocational domains.
• Ensure Medicaid Waiver standards are maintained and documentation is timely.
• Organize transportation and visit facilities as assigned.
