Job summary

Inland Regional Center seeks a Consumer Services Coordinator to coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Under supervision, you will develop and implement Individual Program Plans (IPP), monitor progress, and prepare reports.

Travel to Riverside Adult Central area is required, with mileage reimbursement provided. The role involves attending IEP/ITP/other meetings, advocating for consumers, and ensuring Medicaid Waiver standards are maintained.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and one year of experience in relevant fields.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CSC’s daily case coordination responsibilities.
• Create, monitor, and update IPP and related progress reports/annual reviews.
• Attend relevant meetings (IEP, ITP, IHC) and prepare necessary paperwork.
• Provide advocacy and connect families with generic resources.
• Complete administrative duties and document activity with required units.
