Qualifications
- Entry-level leadership development role requiring a degree in Construction, Engineering, Mining or related field.
- Recent graduate or military veteran transition welcome with strong safety and excellence standards.
- Dedication, enthusiasm, integrity and responsibility are essential indicators for success.
Responsibilities
- Learn safety and compliance related to drilling and blasting operations.
- Learn all aspects of drilling in construction and quarry environments.
- Develop skills to become a state-licensed blaster through the CST program.
- Gain procurement and logistics knowledge for drilling and blasting activities.
- Understand QC efforts and how they influence project profitability.
- Assist with project budgets, standards and supervision as you progress.
