The role requires 2+ years in PR/marketing or customer service, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 75% including evenings and weekends. Medicaid knowledge and sponsorship experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of public relations, marketing, or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Health care experience preferred.
• Medicaid product knowledge preferred.
• Experience in sponsorship management is also highly ideal.

Responsabilités

• Assist in planning, implementation and evaluation of state-wide marketing & communication programs.
• Conduct member outreach and education programs and create member materials.
• Assist in design, review and revision of health-related materials distributed to members.
• Participate in community events and coordinate booth setup at sponsored events.
• Assist with presentations to community and members on benefits, services and health topics.
• Ensure completion of monthly outreach calendars by regional outreach staff for all service areas.
• Serve as a contact for community agencies, businesses, fundraisers and events.
• Ability to travel up to 75% including evenings and weekends.
