LifeStance Health is seeking a proven Clinician Liaison to grow referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians and other sources in the Ohio market. The role emphasizes in-field relationship building with a likely 3 days per week in person and 2 days virtual.

The position offers a compensation range of $70,000–$80,000 with annual bonus potential and requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field; 1–2 years of marketing, sales, and/or business development experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to facilitate dialogue that yields referrals.

• Comfort using data to prioritize efforts and drive performance.

• Proficient in Salesforce for documenting visits and tracking performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral volume from primary and specialty care physicians and other sources.
• Spend about 70% of time in the field visiting referral partner sites.
• Schedule and conduct in-person visits to offices and hospitals to advance patient relationships.
• Serve as a knowledge expert on LifeStance therapies to better connect patients with care.
• Coordinate with local operations to increase touchpoints with referral partners.
• Arrange educational meetings with clinical leadership to boost clinician interactions.
• Utilize virtual touches when in-person visits aren’t possible.
• Attend local conferences and marketing opportunities as needed.
• Build senior-level relationships to expand referral networks.
