Positions in this function focus on clinical relationships and engagement with physician practices and members, partnering internally with teams such as Network Contract Managers, Analytics, Medical Directors, Supportive Care Programs, and Health Plan leaders, aiming to improve practice performance. Responsibilities include initiatives like chronic condition documentation, HEDIS, and STARs gap closure, supporting network offices through education and reporting, and proactively identifying performance improvements via data analytics, technology, workflow, and clinical support. These roles develop provider-specific plans to enhance physician practice performance, reduce readmissions, and improve outcomes.
This position is full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexible 8-hour shifts during business hours (8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST). Occasional overtime may be required. The office is located at 9301 Oakdale Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
Training is provided on-site, with hours from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST, Monday - Friday.
The salary range is $41,300 to $80,800 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as experience and location. Benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
