Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in medical education within biotech or medical device industry.
• Clinical background (RN, NP, PA, or equivalent) in medical devices, biologics, or wound care.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver results on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance requirements, and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams.
• Train sales personnel on product knowledge, clinical applications, and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on benefits and usage of our medical devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Recruit and engage KOLs and support external medical education initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align medical education and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with U.S. laws and regulations.
• Digest clinical research and communicate insights to internal and external partners.
