Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support field sales and external medical education. You will work within the Medical Affairs team to recruit and develop KOLs and drive peer-to-peer engagement.

Located in a home office or a Kerecis office, you will train sales teams, lead external education programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and translate clinical research into actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life or medical sciences.
• 5+ years in medical education in biotech/medical devices.
• Clinical background (RN/NP/PA) in devices or wound care.
• Strong project management and timely delivery.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and guidelines.
• Familiar with clinical research processes.
• Data analysis and scientific documentation skills.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams.
• Train sales personnel on product knowledge, clinical applications, and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on Kerecis products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Recruit and cultivate relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals to support external educational initiatives and clinical research programs.
• Lead the development and execution of external medical education programs, creating scientific materials, presentations, and training modules.
• Provide clinical support at conferences and educational events, ensuring that healthcare professionals receive comprehensive information about Kerecis products and their applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and clinical affairs, to align and execute on medical education and engagement initiatives.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents pertinent to medical education initiatives.
• Demonstrate an aptitude for digesting clinical research and effectively communicate key insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.
