Job summary

Kerecis Limited is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support field sales initiatives and external medical education. This role focuses on KOL recruitment and development, plus peer-to-peer engagement, reporting to the Clinical Specialist Manager.

The position can be based in a home office or a Kerecis office and covers several states, with travel required up to 75–80%. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance medical education and product adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life/medical sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in medical education within biotech or medical device industry, wound care.
• Clinical background (RN/NP/PA or equivalent) in devices, biologics, or wound care.
• Strong project management and timely delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and industry guidelines.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and scientific documentation.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Advanced degree in life sciences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams.
• Assist in training sales personnel on product knowledge, clinical applications, and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of our medical devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Understand clinical needs, address challenges, and identify opportunities to improve adoption of Kerecis products.
• Recruit and cultivate KOLs and healthcare professionals to support external education and clinical research programs.
• Lead external medical education programs, create scientific materials and training modules.
• Provide clinical support at conferences and educational events, ensuring comprehensive information about Kerecis products.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical affairs to align medical education initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with U.S. laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory documents for medical education initiatives.
• Digest clinical research and communicate insights to stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.
