Job summary

Kerecis is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support field sales and external medical education within the Medical Affairs team. You will recruit and develop KOLs, educate healthcare professionals, and collaborate across sales, marketing, and clinical affairs to advance medical education initiatives.

The role covers multiple states with travel up to 75-80%. A clinical background and strong data-driven communication are essential, with adherence to ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, medical sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in medical education or related roles in biotech or medical devices, wound care focus.
• Clinical background (RN, NP, PA, or equivalent) in medical devices or wound care.
• Strong project management skills with ability to deliver on time.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across stakeholders.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations and industry guidelines.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes and scientific documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams.
• Assist in training sales personnel on product knowledge and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on device usage.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Recruit and develop KOLs to support external education and research.
• Lead external medical education programs and create scientific materials.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical affairs to align initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with U.S. laws and industry standards.
• Digest clinical research and communicate insights to stakeholders.
