Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Clinical Country and Site Lead to support global teams with local operational and scientific knowledge for clinical development strategy. You will ensure local opportunities are integrated into plans and act as a key liaison for CRO staff and global teams.

In this field-based role, you will travel up to 80% (1x/week), drive site relationships, and oversee patient safety while contributing to country performance KPIs across the West Coast or Midwest regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years clinical research experience including sponsor oversight.
• Understanding of ICH/GCP and country regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain local clinical knowledge and act as QSDO expert for country level input.
• Develop and manage investigator engagement strategy for country level input into trials.
• Lead country/site input during selection processes and ensure physician input is captured.
• Serve as primary country-level QSDO/Biogen contact for studies and monitor country KPIs.
• Support special projects or other QSDO activities as a CSO or Country representative.
