Job summary

HistoSonics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Clinical Applications Specialist to drive onboarding and field readiness for the commercial team.

You will mentor new hires through immersive field-based coaching and ensure competency across image-guided histotripsy procedures, collaborating with Clinical Training and commercial leadership. The role requires 70% travel, a strong clinical education background, and the ability to translate clinical evidence into field-ready guidance while upholding patient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical discipline is highly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical applications, clinical education, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support within medical devices or interventional medicine.
• Background in diagnostic medical sonography and/or RDMS certification is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of image-guided procedures and physician training models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor new commercial hires during onboarding.
• Coordinate field immersion experiences and competency validations.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and LMS records.
• Identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans.
• Travel up to 70% to support onboarding and clinical education initiatives.
