Job summary

HistoSonics is seeking a Senior Clinical Applications Specialist to accelerate field readiness of the commercial team for histotripsy procedures. You will coach new hires, validate competency, and ensure clinical excellence across onboarding cohorts.

Travel up to 70% to customer sites and training events; remote work in GA/US. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred with 5+ years in clinical settings within medical devices or interventional medicine.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical applications, medical affairs, or post-market clinical support in medical devices.
• Strong understanding of image-guided procedures, treatment workflow, and physician training models.
• Excellent communication skills translating clinical evidence into field-ready guidance.
• Ability to travel approximately 70% to support field activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop onboarding field coaching and competency validation for new hires.
• Travel to customer sites, training events, and internal meetings to support onboarding and clinical education.
• Collaborate with Clinical Training to improve curriculum and field resources.
• Mentor new hires throughout onboarding to ensure confidence and independent performance.
• Ensure standardized clinical workflows and documentation across cohorts.
