Honor advances care by combining compassionate service with innovative technology. The Client Care Advisor guides families from inquiry to service start with consultative sales, care coordination, and ongoing relationship management in the field.

This role requires substantial travel across Chicago's DuPage, Will, Lake and Cook Counties, with evenings/weekends as needed. OTE is $80,000–$88,000 plus 20% uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role (healthcare, senior care, social work, care coordination, or similar).
• Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption).
• Strong relationship management skills with experience supporting clients and families over time.
• Experience owning measurable client outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption).
• Experience leading structured conversations (discovery, needs assessment, recommendations, next steps).
• Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver services and resolve execution challenges.
• Comfort working within CRM, documentation standards, and defined consult frameworks (e.g., Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Own consult-to-start conversion by conducting high-quality consultations and guiding families to timely decisions.
• Lead successful service starts by aligning expectations and coordinating care setup.
• Drive retention and growth through ongoing client engagement and reassessments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to families, helping them navigate complex care decisions with clarity.
• Partner with scheduling, operations, and Care Pros to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Use data and systems to manage your portfolio and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to referral relationship growth and local market reputation as needed.
