Job summary

Requires a high school diploma or GED, with 1–2 years of related experience; a Bachelor’s in a health-related field is preferred. Travel is required; competitive pay with benefits is offered.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience for Arkansas Total Care role.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to members via phone or home visits to discuss care/service plan.
• Coordinate care activities with providers, partners, and caregivers.
• Assist with member inquiries and maintain records per regulatory guidelines.
• Educate members on benefits and resources available.
• Travel up to 30% within AR as needed.
