Job summary

United Franchise Group is seeking a Business Advisor / Field Support Specialist to partner with Signarama franchise owners across a territory. You will visit stores, advise on sales, operations, and profitability, and help raise performance through hands-on coaching and problem solving.

You will travel about half the time, collaborating with owners and teams to implement best practices, drive growth, and ensure successful franchise operations.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the sign business and industry challenges.
• Experience working with budgets and P&L statements.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit franchise locations to understand operations and opportunities.
• Work with owners on sales, operations, marketing, staffing, and profitability.
• Use P&Ls and financial info to identify growth opportunities.
• Help franchisees set goals and create actionable plans.
• Provide guidance on marketing programs, training, technology, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot operational and technical challenges with franchisees.
• Share successful practices from other locations and collaborate with corporate.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with owners and teams.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time across the territory.
