Job summary

Lifeshare Blood Center in Baton Rouge is seeking a Community Blood Drive Account Manager to grow and manage blood drive partnerships within the community.

In this outside sales role, you’ll engage daily with community members, businesses, and organizations to secure participation and deliver impactful results that save lives.

This position offers competitive base pay and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Ability to use a computer to record information.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach others.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new blood drive partnerships.
• Build relationships with businesses and community leaders.
• Schedule and coordinate blood drives.
