Job summary

Amazing Home Care Inc. in New York is seeking a Bi-lingual Marketing/Business Development Representative to drive enrollment for home care services in the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn and Westchester.

You will generate new clients, present to health professionals and seniors, enroll Medicaid eligible individuals, and expand brand awareness through events and referrals. The role requires English/Spanish fluency, strong communication and sales skills, and the ability to manage time and

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Excellent time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Existing contacts and territorial knowledge of local area and referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Generate new clients and build relationships with referral sources.
• Conduct individual/group presentations for health professionals, seniors and others.
• Enroll and refer Medicaid eligible individuals.
• Establish and maintain brand awareness through referral sources, trade shows, conferences, and community education efforts.
• Develop and execute a marketing plan to meet or exceed growth targets.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the agency’s vision, mission and values.
• Identify and prioritize potential referral sources within the territory.
• Represent the agency professionally and responsively.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all activities.
