Job summary

Coastal Beverage Company is seeking a field-based Sales Support Associate to cover the Emerald Isle area in North Carolina. The role focuses on supporting on-premise accounts, performing quality audits, executing POS placement, and ensuring compliance with ABC regulations throughout the customer base.

You will travel to customer locations, assist with new accounts and events, and participate in meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of similar or related experience.
• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be able to perform physical work and maintain attendance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to obtain a beer/wine sales license.

Responsibilities

• Support the on premise market in the assigned territory.
• Conduct quality audits as assigned.
• Execute placement of POS.
• Conduct ISB tracking.
• Delivery product to customers as needed.
• Assist with establishing new accounts.
• Assist with special events and community programs.
• Ensure compliance with ABC regulations and rotation requirements.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings.
• Maintain regular presence in customer accounts during business hours.
