Ideal Option seeks a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to deliver field-based behavioral health assessment, crisis intervention, and coordinated care in Eugene and Lane County, Oregon. The role partners with law enforcement agencies to provide trauma-informed, patient-centered responses and to identify deflection and treatment options.

Responsibilities include conducting screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and interagency collaboration while maintaining compliance with HIPAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, behavioral health, or closely related field required.
• Master's degree preferred for advanced practice.
• Current driver’s license and CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Provide field-based behavioral health assessments and crisis intervention.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and other responders for deflection and treatment referrals.
• Support continuity of care with follow-up and coordination with treatment providers.
• Document all contacts, assessments, interventions, and referrals in designated systems.
