Job summary

Behavioral Health Solution's (BHS) is seeking a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to deliver assessments, therapy, and crisis intervention for residents in skilled nursing facilities in Mt. Angel, Woodburn, and Salem, OR.

Role supports full-time or part-time, onsite in partner facilities. Compensation ranges from $38.00 to $44.00 per hour (DOE); weekday and weekend shifts available.

Qualifications

• Must hold Full Independent Licensure as a QMHP with MHACBO.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• TCPI/Non-Violent Crisis Prevention certification preferred.
• Ability to perform essential functions with/without accommodations.
• Adhere to safety, infection control and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clients.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
• Implement CBT, mindfulness, and DBT interventions.
• Maintain confidential records and notes.
• Educate clients and families about mental health disorders.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals for coordinated care.
• Stay updated with current mental health research and practices.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed.
• Refer clients to additional resources.
