Formación

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a behavioral health professional per state rules.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in behavioral health or related setting.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and creating member-centered care plans.
• Knowledge of mental health, substance use disorders, trauma-informed care, and recovery principles.
• Experience coordinating care across providers and community services.
• Proficiency with electronic health records.
