Job summary

Wilson Construction Company is seeking an Assistant Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to support field sites across the Western United States, with occasional work at our Canby, Oregon headquarters.

You will assist with project administration, documentation control, procurement, and field logistics under the guidance of the On-site Project Manager or Superintendent. Travel and on-site presence are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience in construction/PM/engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 is a strong asset.
• Strong multitasking, analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with daily status data entry and look‑ahead scheduling.
• Process RFIs, transmittals, submittals, and maintain project spreadsheets.
• Schedule material deliveries and track shipments, assist with invoicing approvals.
• Track equipment and vehicle usage and support field teams on site.
