Job summary

A premier behavioral health organization is seeking an Admissions & Outreach Coordinator who will be responsible for building referral relationships with hospitals and community partners. The role requires conducting in-person outreach visits and managing referrals with care and empathy. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and experience in case management or outreach, and be comfortable with a field-based schedule. Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for outreach efforts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 20–25 in-person outreach visits per week within a 50-minute radius.
• Educate community providers on behavioral health programs and referral processes.
• Generate referrals through strong community relationships.
• Handle inbound referral calls and guide families through next steps.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams for smooth intake process.
