Qualifications
- GED/High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years of behavioral health experience
- Associates degree in behavioral health or related field
- Bachelor's degree (not in behavioral health) with 1 year of behavioral health experience or a degree in behavioral health
- Master's degree or higher in behavioral health
Responsibilities
- Provide direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services in a community setting to ACT clients
- Work as part of an ACT clinical team to assess needs and develop service plans
- Serve as lead client advocate and mentor for the team
- Be a self-disclosed mental health consumer and share a client perspective
- Act as liaison between clients, families, and community agencies
