Job summary

Terros Health seeks an ACT Peer Support Specialist at the 23rd Ave Recovery Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role is 80% field-based and 20% in the facility, with a $3/hour differential pay. Work schedule is M-F, 10am–7:00pm, with mandatory 80% travel and full-time employment.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Behavioral Health preferred and state Peer Support Certification (we can help obtain). Spanish language is a plus with differential pay; includes extensive benefits and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health preferred.
• State Peer Support Certification required (we can help obtain on hire).
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; language differential pay available.
• Flexible schedule; work 7 days a week including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services in a community setting to ACT clients.
• Collaborate with ACT clinical team to assess needs and develop service plans; advocate for clients and liaise with families.
• Serve as lead client advocate and mentor for the team.
• Be a liaison among multiple parties to coordinate care.
