Nox Metals in Detroit/Los Angeles is seeking an Account Executive to win and grow aerospace, defense, and industrial accounts. You will prospect, visit factories, understand applications, and move opportunities from first contact to close.

This role is field-based, requires local and regional travel, and you will coordinate with inside sales, pricing, and operations to meet commitments. Equity in the company is included.

Qualifications

• Build and manage a territory plan focused on high-potential accounts.
• Prospect through calls, email, referrals, events, and in-person visits.
• Meet buyers, engineers, owners, and operations leaders to understand their needs.
• Develop opportunities from first conversation through quote, negotiation, and close.
• Learn our material, processing, service, and delivery capabilities deeply.
• Coordinate with inside sales, pricing, supply chain, and operations on customer commitments.
• Maintain accurate account, activity, forecast, and opportunity data.
• Grow existing accounts through responsiveness, follow-through, and useful ideas.
• Surface market intelligence about customer demand, competitors, and service gaps.
• Own problems through resolution when the customer experience falls short.
