Job summary

Eisai is seeking a highly motivated Access and Reimbursement Manager to support patient access to prescribed products. This field-based role focuses on communication with healthcare providers about coverage and reimbursement, supporting Eisai's Alzheimer’s product.

Successful candidates should have 8+ years in pharma/biotech, experience in patient access, and understand the US healthcare system. The role involves collaboration with the Access and Reimbursement team and key stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the pharma/biotech industry.
• Previous patient access or reimbursement experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience with distribution, patient support, financial assistance programs.
• Knowledge of the US healthcare system across major payer segments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for assigned customers regarding access and reimbursement.
• Identify and escalate customer issues to relevant teams.
• Develop strategies to address access and reimbursement needs.
• Create and conduct training programs for the sales force.
• Communicate field access/reimbursement information to stakeholders.
• Educate external stakeholders on patient access to Eisai products.
