Job summary

Eisai Inc. seeks a seasoned Access and Reimbursement Manager to enhance patient access to Eisai products in the Minneapolis area.

This field-based role will educate healthcare professionals and coordinate with internal and external partners to resolve access barriers, including payer policies and Eisai patient support programs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in pharma/biotech, strong payer knowledge, and proven success in patient access or reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred) with 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience with payer policies, including Medicare/Medicaid, and patient access programs.
• Strong communication and education skills for HCPs and stakeholders.
• Able to travel to offices, institutions, and other locations to engage with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and support on patient access and reimbursement to HCPs and stakeholders.
• Identify, triage, and escalate payer issues to internal/external teams to resolve.
• Develop strategies to address access/reimbursement across customer groups and regions.
• Create and deliver training programs on patient access programs and Eisai patient support.
• Monitor payer trends and develop plans to maintain treatment access for patients.
