Job summary

Eisai is seeking a Sr. Manager, Access & Reimbursement in Minneapolis, MN, to lead patient access and reimbursement initiatives. This field-based role collaborates with Health Care Professionals and payer stakeholders to educate on coverage, billing, and Eisai patient support programs.

The role requires 8+ years in pharma/biotech access, strong communication, and ability to work across sales, medical, and payer teams. In-person engagement and credentialing may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Master's preferred) with 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience.
• Experience with payer coverage, reimbursement programs, and patient access.
• US healthcare system knowledge across Medicare, Medicaid, Federal and Commercial.
• Ability to engage HCPs and third parties in person on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Provide access and reimbursement education to support Eisai Alzheimer’s products.
• Lead and coordinate access/reimbursement activities across HCP offices and institutions.
• Develop training plans for the sales force on patient access and payer policies.
• Track payer trends and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.
