Job summary

Success On The Spectrum seeks a Field-Based Clinical Manager to lead and scale its school-based ABA therapy operations in North Carolina. You will supervise RBTs on-site, develop standardized ABA workflows for classrooms, and collaborate with school administrators and IEP teams to align programming with classroom goals.

Hybrid role with field-based duties across contracted school sites and one day weekly at the Sanford center for leadership and planning.

Qualifications

• Supervise RBTs and behavior interns on-site in schools.
• Design standardized workflows for school-based ABA delivery.
• Collaborate with school administrators and IEP teams.
• Monitor clinical documentation and compliance with privacy standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement school-based ABA workflows and plans.
• Supervise field RBTs and interns with on-site observations.
• Coordinate with school staff, teachers, and IEP teams.
• Lead parent trainings and progress reviews across home/school/clinic.
• Review notes and manage authorization requests in systems.
• Track division metrics and report on growth and quality.
