Job summary

Exoticca is seeking a field-based Sales Representative (B2B) to grow Tier 2/3 agency accounts across the assigned territory. You will visit Travel Agencies regularly, activate accounts and drive bookings.

Work with BDMs to educate Travel Advisors on Exoticca destinations, promotions and Loyalty Program; deliver product trainings and webinars, with occasional trade shows and FAM trips. Strong CRM discipline and independent field execution are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 lines about field sales and travel industry preference.
• Experience in travel sales or business development is preferred.
• Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong CRM discipline and organization.

Responsibilities

• Visit Travel Agencies regularly across the assigned territory.
• Manage a portfolio of Silver & Bronze accounts within Exoticca's Loyalty Program.
• Build relationships with Travel Advisors and agency teams, as the day-to-day contact.
• Activate and grow accounts from registration to first booking and beyond.
• Identify opportunities to reactivate dormant and low-producing accounts.
• Educate Travel Advisors on Exoticca destinations, products, promotions, and loyalty program.
• Conduct in-person product presentations, agency trainings and webinars.
• Identify potential new agency partners and support acquisition and activation.
• Promote group opportunities and identify potential group business.
• Attend trade shows, industry events and FAM trips when required.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and reporting.
