Job summary

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking an Audio-Visual Coordinator for the DPW&T Communications Team to capture, produce, and publish visual content highlighting programs, services, and events.

The ideal candidate will travel with field crews, document activities, and edit video and photos for social media, websites, and presentations, while maintaining professional standards and DPWT branding.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with photography, videography, and video production.
• Ability to travel and work in field environments.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photography of DPWT field operations, projects, employees, community events, meetings, worksites, and department initiatives.
• Record and produce video content for social media, websites, presentations, public information campaigns, and other platforms.
• Provide live video coverage and live streaming support for events, announcements, and other department functions.
• Travel with DPWT field crews and communications staff to document work throughout the community.
• Work safely and effectively at active construction sites, transportation facilities, and field locations.
• Create short-form video, photographs, interviews, behind-the-scenes content for social media.
• Assist with posting and scheduling content across DPWT social media platforms.
• Monitor social media channels and identify opportunities to highlight DPWT services and impact.
• Edit video, photographs, audio, and other media for public distribution.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies for campaigns.
• Coordinate with team members to identify upcoming content opportunities.
• Maintain and organize photography, video, audio, and digital media files.
• Prepare and maintain cameras, lighting, and other AV equipment.
• Provide AV support for press events, meetings, and off-site activities.
