Job summary

National Tank & Equipment, based in Pittsburgh, is seeking an Automation Specialist to manage the lifecycle of water transfer control and monitoring systems in oil and gas. You will install, commission, troubleshoot, and repair equipment, with remote and on-site support, in a fast-paced service environment.

Requires 2–4 years in industrial automation, strong troubleshooting skills, and a valid driver’s license for local/regional travel; biscuits burnished by Atlas Copco-backed group context.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in industrial automation, instrumentation, controls, electrical systems or related field.
• Valid driver's license with travel ability locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain and repair water transfer control systems.
• Configure and modify web-based control and monitoring systems.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for customers.
• Diagnose instrumentation and electronic circuitry issues.
• Coordinate ordering, stocking, and delivery of parts.
