ShaleStone, Inc. seeks an Automation Technician to deploy, install, monitor and service automated water solutions equipment, including transfer pumps, filtration units, storage tanks and control systems. You will work with Project Management and Water Transfer Technicians in the field.

The role includes installation, calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and maintaining service records. Travel across Colorado and neighboring states is required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience as an I and E Technician in the oil and gas industry or similar industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuits, and systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic equipment using diagnostic tools.
• Flexibility to travel with focus in Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, Texas and Utah.

Aufgaben

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and repair electronic equipment and systems including SCADA, PLC, control panels, instrumentation, data acquisition and electrical systems.
• Calibrate sensors and 4-20 mA loops; manage communications and Starlink equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for electronic and water transfer equipment.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions to minimize downtime and support operations.
• Record maintenance activities, inventory, and timesheets daily.
• Travel with a primary focus in CO, WY, NM, TX and UT; assist Water Transfer Technicians as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental stewardship requirements.
