Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC is seeking a Field Automation Supervisor to lead a team of Field Automation Technicians responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting automated water transfer systems across remote sites.

You will supervise daily activities, coordinate sensor, telemetry, and SCADA/PLC operations, mentor technicians, ensure safety compliance, and report field performance to operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in oil & gas or industrial automation.
• Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background.
• Working knowledge of sensors, telemetry, IP networking, and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Proven leadership ability with team supervision or lead technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, travel regionally, and lead by example.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control checks on field installations and ensure compliance with SOPs.

• Assist with scheduling and project planning across multiple job sites.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activity.
