Job summary

Keystone Clearwater Solutions is seeking an Field Controls & Automation Supervisor in the Washington, PA area to lead a team of Field Automation Technicians. You will oversee installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems across remote sites, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of oil & gas or industrial automation fieldwork experience.
• Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background.
• Working knowledge of sensors, telemetry, IP networking, and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Proven leadership ability with team supervision or lead technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, travel regionally, and lead by example.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activity.

Description

As an Automation Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of Field Automation Technicians and oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems. This hands‑on leadership role ensures that our automation systems meet operational, safety, and customer expectations across remote sites and regional location.

This role would be based out of our Triadelphia, WV Automation shop.
