Keystone Clearwater Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Field Automation Supervisor to lead a team of field technicians responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated water transfer systems in Towanda, PA.

You will supervise daily field activities, coordinate rig-ups/downs, and provide technical leadership on automation controls, data communications, and diagnostics. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, and regional travel are essential.

Qualifications

• As an Automation Supervisor, 3+ years of experience in oil & gas or industrial automation is required.
• Strong electrical, instrumentation, or controls background with fieldwork experience.
• Working knowledge of sensors, telemetry, IP networking, and SCADA/PLC systems.
• Proven leadership ability with team supervision or lead technician experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills; travel regionally; valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of field activity.
