Qualifications

• 5+ years electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial environments.
• 2+ years multi-platform PLC/HMI programming from scratch.
• High-level expertise in panel wiring, schematics, power distribution, motor controls, diagnostics.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Open to candidates without a diploma if hands-on is strong OR AS degree holder.

Responsibilities

• Lead field maintenance and commissioning across WI/IL with company vehicle.
• Design and program control systems across PLC/HMI platforms.
• On-site electro-mechanical diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Service fluid power and mechanical systems on custom equipment.
• Install, commission, and retrofit automation machinery and safety systems.
• Provide on-site client technical support and resolve downtime.
