Top Echelon LLC is seeking a Lead Field Automation Specialist in the Johnson Creek, WI area. This role combines electro-mechanical maintenance with PLC/HMI programming, field service, and integration of automation hardware across Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois.

Responsibilities include leading maintenance, commissioning, and retrofits, plus on-site support and design of control systems across multiple platforms.

Qualifications

5+ years electro-mechanical maintenance in industrial environments.
2+ years multi-platform PLC/HMI programming.
Electrical & controls expertise in panel wiring and diagnostics.
Solid understanding of hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
Flexible about degree requirements with strong field experience.

Responsibilities

Lead Field Maintenance & Commissioning across WI/IL with company vehicle.
Design and program controls on multiple PLC/HMI platforms.
On-site diagnostics of electrical/control systems and VFDs.
Repair hydraulic/pneumatic systems and mechanical assemblies.
Install, commission, and retrofit automation machinery.
Provide clear on-site technical support to customers.
