Design Solutions & Integration is seeking a Field Automation Engineer in Midland, Texas. This role demands expertise in oil-field automation, requiring an Associate's degree and four years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLC/HMI systems and startup services in the field. Compensation ranges from $60 to $80 per hour, alongside competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Qualifications
Four (4) years of oil-field automation experience with PLC, HMI, and instrumentation.
Knowledge of oil-field automation concepts: CTB, SWD, Well pad, LACT, Compressor, Pipeline, Storage.
Must pass a follicle drug test, if required.
Ability to read blueprints and PID drawings.
Responsibilities
On-site startup, services, troubleshooting, and documentation.
On-site PLC/HMI troubleshooting and programming.
On-site ROC troubleshooting and programming.
On-site Total Flow troubleshooting and programming.
On-site instrument troubleshooting and programming.
On-site SCADA point-to-point and mapping configuration and verification.
On-site radio troubleshooting and programming.
