Sedgwick Claims Management Services Ltd is seeking an Auto Estimator to handle field appraisal assignments for corporate fleets and insurers, with emphasis on autos. Location includes Denver, Austin, and other sites.

The role requires inspecting within 24 hours, writing multiple estimates daily, and negotiating with shops while providing clear explanations to clients. A strong customer-service mindset and licensing readiness are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred; licenses as required with 60 days to complete training/testing.
• Four years of insurance or body shop experience required.

Mansioni

• Set appointments same day, inspect within 24 hours and write estimate car side.
• Write 6 to 10 estimates per day depending on location.
• Ensure proper vehicle teardown and determine repair time allotments.
• Assess and apply pre-existing damage; complete total loss evaluations.
• Negotiate agreed price with shop decision maker and set completion date per guidelines.
• Explain costs and claims/repair process to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Assist desk appraisal work when not in the field.
